Subject: Halloween Grab Bag & Credit Card "Lockout"

We do not "lock" out or "flag" customers cards.

Perhaps I was mistaken in the exact error code - I should have copied/pasted the error string when it happened, vice trusting memory!  As an experiment, I just made a purchase with the card and it worked-out well...  

nruddock - I realize that it was VISA (not Rendo) who flagged the card.  It seemed though that despite the verbal assurance from VISA that all flags/holds were removed, Rendo still seemed to balk at allowing the purchase.  From MY standpoint, I thought perhaps Rendo set a 'cookie' on my system, or perhaps something else was still 'set', even though the hold was removed.  Oh well...  just thought I'd mention it to Stacey, as a possible "...you might want to check..."  item.   And your idea about using a Gift Cert is a good one.  I'll probably go that route next time....
