Great effects and layering, Peter!  The shading and manipulation of the original image really accent her eyes.

My last image has been reworked with PhotoShop, Filter, Stylize, relief effect,

angle: -149, Height: 20 pixels, quantity: 150%.

And with PhotoImpact X3, creative lighting, lens flare 3.
