What exactly are you needing? Does someone want to commission you to make a model and you are sounding out the "going rate" ? Or you need to put forward a budget proposal for a project? Or something else?

I'm happy to try and answer but in my opinion there is no going rate. It will depend on what the client wants to pay and what the modeler is willing to work for.
