I find all these scemes to be a bit confusing.  Apparently if I bought a subscription for Vue 9 Complete I'd get that upgrade for $50 less and when Vue 10 comes out I would be able to get that upgrade for 1/2 price--but the cost of the subscription (the highest for Complete) will cost as much as I expect to save on the upgrade price.  So in this case it seems it's either pay now or pay later, but I don't see much of a real savings in the long run.
