Exactly. Antonia Polygon-Standard is a production version aimed at ease and speed of use in Poser.

Poser does not use the normals in the .obj's it loads  so they could be left out. This saves disk space and load time. In the .CR2 the morphs were rationalized, taking out zero entries to save load time, disk space, memory requirement and speeding up posing. 

For use in programs that need the normals one can always use the original .obj
