I was raid it wasn't user error. Those are so much easier to fix. I'll keep playing with it and let you know what I've observed, if there is anything. I think in the past the order I selected the verties did effect both the oder they were numbered by the script and the y-lock groupings. I wouldn't be surprised if you firgured out one, you'd get the other.
