Did you discuss your supposed deficiency with the vendor?
That should be done before calling out his products in a public forum.

I do not use A4 very often, but after reading this post, I took opportunity to use "Summer Breeze" by Pretty3d on A4.
It is promoted as being usable with A4 and I noticed nothing untoward in the fit.

A4 is a derivative figure of V4 and as such has available many of same techniques to fit clothes, such as "magnetize" (from V4 pose set) and "include scales when conforming" (in property panel).
