I've implemented the basics of using a selection box, and while there are some issues yet to work out, it seems to work well enough.  I think the markers should also be given some parenting (as RedPhantom has been doing), although I'll have to think about how to do that.  One of my thoughts about streamlining the script was that all the markers could be parented to the first one, if features requiring that the first marker be rotated have been removed.  The alternative is probably creating a master prop and parenting all of the markers to that.
