Try manually tweaking the settings if you can.  That can help sometimes.

 

Something to remember is that a tight fit, that works with multiple morphs, with a different mesh, and bends well (enough) is something that takes patients and time.  At least when you are just starting out.  Everyone probably doesn't want to put in that initial effort into learning to do it well, and the extra effort to keep doing it well.
