I'm not sure about the capabilities of Rhino, But I might suggest that the final render could probably be produced in Rhino. Unfortunately Poser is not that fantastic when it come to mood lighting. I tend to use spot lights rather than the Poser default. There are some good lighting tutorials for Poser at Poser Arcana.
