Quote - Not all Black Friday deals are that good. I was surprised to see a 1Tb WD desktop hard drive quickly sold out for $80. That's a higher price than it's been at for the last 5 months through Amazon based on camelcamelcamel price tracking. In fact, Amazon jacked the price up to list price to make it look as if it were a great deal. I know I've seen better prices than that in store sales. I can go to newegg.com and get the drive for the same price. Some of the deals have been great and some not so good.
There haven't been many really stupendous deals at New Egg, either. There were better deals in their e-mail specials over the last few months...
