The "Breasts-classic" morph which Les mentioned is basically a "no bra" morph.  Antonia was originally modeled with the "Breasts-classic" breast shape, which is more what one would expect in a nude.  The default shape was changed, IIRC, to make the base .obj easier to work with in various ways.
