Well I found out what my problem was but I still need that swap so I'll wait till Monday.  I installed the wxPython and Vue 10 doesn't require that.  I was able to bring up the Skin Vue script and inject but the render looks like crap.  I think it's a render setting.  I don't know what a good render setting should be.
