On Windows7, it is not recommended to drop your content into the Program Files folder; UAC will complicate your life. In all actuality, there is a choice to create your content runtime in a share folder, preferably in the Documents folder when you initially install PoserPro 2012. Many users simply do not read or understand the significance of those options, but it does take into consideration Vista/W7 installation process. Either method of installation seems to work; for me it was creating the dummy Poser.exe from notepad.
V4DS appears to be a DAZStudio file, you don't need it. Likewise for the powerloader; it is specific to DAZStudio.
