Nitreug: I hear your point loud and clear... but if you let the vendor know you're unhappy with their product directly... you may have helped solve the problem. If half the people who buy a product complain about it... I would hope that the vendor would look into the problem. Buying a ton of products, archiving them, and then complaining about them later dosent make much sense to me... every time I buy a poser file, I load it up... render a shot or two for test and move on. I would think that you would be one of their favorite customers (since you spend that much every week) and they might want to keep you happy. I personlly bought the cr2 editor from Daz a few months ago (when it came out) and didnt care for it... I called Daz and got a prompt refund. (of course... they still have it for sale too) Doug
