Octane is a physical renderer, you load a scene in a few 3D formats and render it, Vue is a program that let you create, import, model, and render byour scenes. Vue's renderer isn't physically based, which means it's biased and uses cheats to mimic real light behaviour. Vue format cannot be read by Octane. You would need to export your Vue scene in , say, obj to be able to render it with Octane, with a few limitations (ecosystems) don't export.
Bot apps are very different, are used for very different things, and might never work together.
Octane is still work in progress too.
