I've had dreams like this too :) You could try building a coil out of primatives in Bryce (and I think there's a coil/spring in the create menu somewhere). Then applying a volumetric texture to it. The portal-type thingamabob behind the Egyptian figure is very impressive (although IMHO it does appear to extend into the ground). It could do with being moved into the background a little, or made smaller - but hey... this is just a dream right? Drop on over to the Virtual Tavern, you might like to try there for some ideas. Paul
