k   i'm not sure wher your problem is but to me it sounds like there's like an issue with content searching and directorie allocation going on here .

 

sooo in my opinion first do a search to which drives you have your sontent directories in and any that you don t have in there delet them and fix it so if they aren't content creation runtimes that they aren't recognized seperatly as a runtime

 

once that is done then apply and double chedk your directory if it still don't show make sure you installed it by re extracting it if that's how you installed it that's the best first step bet that anyone will tell you to check no mjatter their usage
