I have Poser 7, Poser Pro, P8, PP2010, and PP2012 on a 64bit Win7 system and have not encountered an OBJ import problem, except for the known P8/PP2010 fault. 
Poser 12, in feet.
OSes: Win7Prox64, Win7Ultx64
