Just wanted to add, keeping Enter pressed permanently while loading the file will remove the messages immediately while they pop up.
Also, there are alternatives to this:
When using a Poser Python based library like XL or PX, no error message is shown.
When creating a binary morph injection in Morphing Clothes, there will be no problem. Still, you can save the CR2 after applying the INJ, but you escape clicking away all the error messages.
