The thing that I like most about Poser 9 is that it does a lot better job of Preview Rendering. There are a lot more options and you can use textures up to 4,096 by 4,096, and have some shadows as well.
As primarily and animation buff, I can generate good looking hi rez frames very quickly.
Less then 1 second per frame at 1600 by 1000.
I couldn't do this in my old Poser, and had to settle for a much lower quality render, or endure hours of rendering time.
I love it; I'm going back and redoing all my old videos with the new version.
If you shoot a mime, do you need a silencer?
