Quote - I somehow doubt she'd have a leg to stand on if you call it by a different name.  In fact, even if you didn't, it's not possible to copyright a likeness to a real human being.  The nearest she'd be able to get is if she could prove you were responsible for using her likeness in a way that was detrimental to her reputation.  Not knowing the first thing about the lady, I'm in no position to comment on her rep, good or bad.

Besides which, it's not Kim Kardashian the "famous" person, is it?  It's Kim Kardashian from the Dairy Queen down the street.  :)  That's what I'd say, shortly after saying "go fuck snakes".

Needless to say, I'm not a lawyer and I just bet there's a few of the sharks who'd just love to put the squeeze on the little guy just for the hell of it.  And a slice of cash.  Which would make me all the more inclined to go for it.  But then, I'm like that.  :)
