Hello,
same for me. Their old store was one of the best and fastest on the internet, since there is the new one, I experience slow response quite frequently, and also it's buggy.
What doesn't work for me at all any more is to check out a non-free DAZ original paid in full using vouchers. I've an order stuck since 26th, and their helpdesk isn't staffed between Xmas and New Year. Guess I have to wait until next year...
