How well do those work with the Anastasia body morph? I have no desire to use Alyson2 without the Anastasia body.

I mentioned above my experience.  Dial off the anastasia morph on the head, and then apply these faces.  The head seam does not match up to the neck, but you can use the Morph tool to "smooth" it out.  The MAT at the same place gets a little off, but its just skin, so its not too noticeable.
