when you load the faceroom it reverts to the base Alyson 2 head. then you can turn the dials a bit - for example for the character Kalypso posted youd likely turn up the less/more african dial, add a bit of the asian dials, etc. then click  Spawn Morph Target. it will create a dial on the head for you called head, head 1, head 2, etc (you can rename these dials later).you can then dial those dials up to **combine** the morph with Anastasia.

you could make your own quick Anastasia head morphs++ pack by doing this for several of the face room dials/dial combinations and spawning dials from them which you can then combine directly in the Pose room.

there are also the built in ethnic morphs on Alyson 2, as well as all of her head morphs. the key to using these is not to just turn them up to 1.0 since most of them are a little rough, but to just feather them. if you crank a morph too high and it causes creasing in the mesh, this is VERY easily solved by just using the morphing tool on her (see attached pic for some starting settings).

the morphing tool is THE most underrated tool in Poser. it shocks me that 90% of the people i mention it to have never even tried it.
its come a very long way since its first implementation. right now its almost like having a free, ghetto version of Zbrush right inside poser. half the time when i need something done quick i dont even export to Zbrush, i just poke it with the morphing tool. as ive said before it would be extremely difficult or downright impossible to pull off something like the finer morphs (ears, teeth, toes, etc etc) with the morphing tool, but ive already done all that for you. theres nothing stopping anyone from morphing her into whatever they want now. you can save your morphs as dials to re-use/re-combine later.

im working on the Expressions pack right now, im a stickler for detail so it takes me a bit, but youll be seeing it soon - which will further increase her flexibility.

cheers,
