Dynamic IP's, and no the host machine is finding the rendercow itself. More to the point its finding it as soon as its launched on the other machine. So I know its not a communication problem plus the fact that the rendercow is actually rendering.

And it doesn't just stop rendering after a random amount of time, the rendercow actually quits.
