I have seen the issue where some parameter in a totally separate item will become slaved to some parameter in V4. Even a prop with morphs in it, that couldn't be conformed to V4 even if I wanted to.
I have also seen the issue where a piece of conformed clothing will "jump" slightly when the camera is moved, resulting in poke-through. Move the camera again, and the clothing "jumps" back to proper position.
A similar issue: Touching a prop, body part, or light can make it fly off to a new rotation and/or translation. Two Undo's required to get it back in place.
All three of these bugs, that seem accumulate after working in Poser for awhile, can be cleared up by restarting Poser.
Now, an issue that is not similar but perhaps related to whatever bugginess or memory problem that is causing the others: Switching cameras or typing into a text-entry field can become excruciatingly slow. Something called "pictd" in the Activity Monitor pegs up CPU use to over 90% during the lag, then drops to zero when Poser has finished contemplating its navel.
Restarting Poser doesn't fix the above problem, but restarting my Mac does. This one started after SR1.
