I think you are almost there. If I may make a suggestion, select the suit, go to Figure > Zero figure. Now go to Edit > Memorize > Figure. This will take out the preset bends that are messing up your conforming.

Next use the joint editor to increase the size of some of the fall off zones slightly. Looks like they are not quite enclosing all the mesh where required. (My video tutorial will explain the details).
