as regarding the feedback feature here in the marketplace: i think most vendors won't post a negative comment. that's just bad business! would nike put a commercial on t.v. showing people complaining about the blisters they get from a nike product? no. would any company purposely sabotage their own products in such a manner? of course not. i think most vendors, when they get a negative comment, will strive to fix the problem. then there's no longer a problem, see? i personally have 1 comment not made public...it was done by someone who had bought from me and another vendor on the same day, and accidentally "cross" posted their opinion :) hehehe... it baffled me for a minute, so i contacted them, and sorted it out. she kindly reposted her comments, and i promptly made it public :) however, the feedback option is an excellent feature, because it does give people a chance to give their product-related opinions....good and bad. peace!
