Quote - Hi there!

Well, the Store Staff newsletter I received showed this

"Prime Members save 25% on your next purchase of $25 or more"

along with a coupon code that expires on the15th.  Also included was a regular coupon for 15% which I was able to use w/o a problem. However, it is not letting me use the Prime coupon even with strictly Prime prods in my cart

Are you a Prime Member?  The regular coupon is for non-prime members, but will, I suspect, work for everyone. However, as a Prime Member you would not want to use this coupon because it is a lower percent discount.

The Prime coupon will ONLY work for people who are Prime Members.  It's meant as a perk to give Prime Members a slightly higher discount.  It has the same restrictions as the other coupons, but it will NOT give you any further discount on Prime Products.  I don't know if they'll ever have the option for that in the future, but to date, that's the way all of these coupons have worked.

You can have Prime Products in your cart (so that the Prime Products will help you get to the minimum required for the coupon to apply).  BUT the coupon will NOT give you any discount on Prime Products.

So, if you ARE a Prime Member and have ALL Prime items in your cart, you will not get a discount.

EXAMPLE:

You have 4 prime items in your cart (which would be $3.50x4 = $14).

You have two non-prime items in your cart that are $8.50 each (which would be $17).

Add the 2 together and you get $31.

You have. let's say a prime coupon that gives you 25% off any order of $25 or more.

Your total order is over $25.  You were allowed to use those Prime products to get you over that $25 minimum.

You will get 25% off of the $17 of non-prime products.  The Prime products do NOT get an additional 25% off.

So, if you have ALL Prime products in your cart, you will not get any additional discount.

If you're a Prime member and you used the wrong coupon, I'd contact support and see if they can help you.

And if you're a Prime Member, are you aware there is a specific forum for Prime Members?

Hope this helps!
