I recognize that my comments on skin 1 and skin 2 were rather limited, but the near lack of difference is obvious from doing a comparison using the SSS test setup.
By the way, I am willing to share that stack of boxes if anybody wants it. It's a special prop I made via Python where the boxes have very precise thickness.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
