Drop your Shadow min bias lower, I usually use 0.1 to start. And uncheck ambient occlusion for your point light if you are using IDL. If I were using IBL, then I would use AO. Change the attenuation at the bottom of properties to Inverse Square. That will make it behave more light realistic lighting. Please do show us a screencap or render of your scene.
