Okay, I just tried Vittorio with V4~WM. The results are a little mixed, but with V4 Morphs++, V4 Muscle Morphs, and some of V4~WM's much improved scaling, Vittorio~WM might do acceptably well. I managed to crash  Poser Pro 2012 before I could actually get a usable render. I will try again tomorrow.
