it's a pain most of the time to buy cool lookin stuff that when you load up the things and the DS mats either look crappy or have seams that they don't in poser or you have to hunt for the textures.  i personally usually remake the mats from the textures myself with my own texture tricks so that it's still their texture but it looks like the poser renders coming from a daz program.  i only use the new mats for my own personal use and in my renders and normally i don't tell anyone i've done anything unless like one vendor asked that i show off what i could do with his skin to make it look more like  a poser render since he doesn't use daz.
