If Poser vendors had no interest in Daz products they would simply not make them available to Daz users, In fact quite a few categorically state which of their products are suitable or not!

OK, so you have some dodgy Mats.........but, hey the vendor gave it a go based on what they thought was right......or, they simply made a mistake to begin with.

Maybe if you explained in detail to this particular vendor where they went wrong they may not make the same mistake again.

I don't use Poser but, all the vendors I have come in contact with at Rendo have shown more than a keen interest to get their products to work for me.  I have not had any bad experiences and the staff will always except refunds based on unsatisified customer complaints......In the past I have purchased unsuitable non-Daz products and been fully reimbursed.

We all make mistakes now and then.
