I answered the Smoothing Modifier question on the DAZ forums. There are several DForm tutorials in various places. See the "Every week new dynamic clothing" (I think that's the title) thread at the DAZ forums for a link to their freebies - I'm not certain there's a sheet, and not certain it's free if there is. OptiTex dynamics are a special kind of content, they work with other items OK but you can't take an arbitrary model and make it dynamic unfortunately.
