No question the giveaway will persuade more people to try Daz Studio (the whole reason they made it free). Some of those people are perfectly happy with Poser but will try DS Studio Pro, because free is free, right? Just saying, personally, even the free-ness doesn't tempt me to go down that road.

The only reason I would is to play with Genesis, and I haven't been blown away by what I've seen made from Genesis. As for the nifty bends I hear tell about, got that right here already. Don't need to learn a new program to get that.

But I'm sure the giveaway will do what it is intended to do. That's cool. 

I bet DS4 Pro doesn't go back to $429.95 after the 30 days. I bet they make it $99 or even $49. Once you give something away for free, it's hard to convince someone it's worth paying $429.95 for.
