Just so as you all know...

Peemot is something of a specialist in execution equipment.  He used to sell most of it here but gradually emptied his store.  He has several types of guillotine, a gas chamber, garottes and various other delightful items for sale.

There's also a range of fairly innocuous stuff, such as vacuum tubes and retro style electrical equipment.  No doubt that could be put to some fiendish purpose as well.
