Regarding Brian Howell's response to angry DS4 Pro customers who recently bought the expensive software only to see it given away... He really just repeated that Daz has a 30-day refund policy. His statement notably did NOT have anything to comfort those who bought it 31+ days before the giveaway.

Now, to be fair, if they're going to do this they have to draw the line somewhere. No matter where that line is, 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, there are going to be outraged buyers on the wrong side of the line. I don't know what to do about that, but I do feel bad for anybody who paid for it, especially those who didn't get a discount.

I also feel bad for people who pay hundreds of dollars for something only to see it included free on a DVD that comes with a $10 or 15 magazine.
