Alisa: Click on the "Read all" in the upper right corner above the text, then you can see the link to Skydrive, where the file is stored.

As I am using Firefox with NoScript, I had to allow pixiv.net to make the read all work.

P.S. I am not logged in at Pixiv, but the above works for me ...
