Shawn, I'm really sorry to read your story. I can tell that you are annoyed, so I went ahead and checked all your support tickets. I am not sure which one it is you are referring to?

I'm happy to let you know that the problem you reported about black spots appearing when rendering physical water with the indirect atmospherics option enabled has been solved internally, so that should be available in a future update.

On a side note, I did notice that you are running a single-core system under Windows XP 32 bit. I'm sure you are aware that Vue will not give its best on such a setup, right?

Jonj and The Fixer, you also sound disapointed with Vue 10. Can you tell me what it is that is not working as you were hoping?
