This is true, Moriador... need to be extra careful with your Collision Offset and Depth settings, in this case, or your girl will look like she's wearing adult incontinence disposables. Not a really good look.
Since I use Blender as an adjunct to Poser when I'm either designing my own clothing from scratch or converting existing conforming cloth to dynamic, I've found that i get better results in my sims to add a bit more mesh - discrete, not global - and then I can have lower Collision Offset and Depth settings, typically .22 and .18, to start with. I tend to dial them down (less) from there. Having those extra polygons can make the difference.
