Looks nice! Do i smell some video copilot? ;)

I can think of a couple things that could improve it a little... if i may make some suggestions:

• Let the camera slowly zoom in on the title to make it feel more dynamic, it builds some more tension.
   
• If the idea is that the plaster falls off from an earthquake or other vibration source, you should add some camera shake. It could also be an idea to let the effect speed up and slow down reacting to the intensity of the vibration so that it looks less artificial.
   
• Maybe use less ambient light and use some spots with varying inensity for more ambiance in the lighting. The ambient light/vignette could subtly change over time as well.
