Shawn, the problem you reported about black spots appearing when rendering physical water with the indirect atmospherics option enabled is solved in build 10008691. It is available as an EEF. Since you're not under maintenance, you'll have to contact tech support to get the EEF.

Forester, I believe we usually mention in the scene description that some elements used in the scene need to be purchased separately, but maybe we missed some. If that is the case, I'm sorry about it :-(
