You would add it the same as P7, no different.  If you are adding while P9 is open, you will need to refresh the Library.  If you are using a PC with Windows 7 and you are adding content into a runtime within Program Files, then Windows UAC will most certainly interfere with this process. 

But we need more information before we can proceed.
