Subject: What is the best way to get illuminated moon lighting?

Bill, if the moon was gray after the yellow light reflected off it (the way I see it) you could argue that the color of the moon is slightly bluish and the resultant light is gray.

 

Here's a picture I just took, note it's in the day and higher in the sky so that might skew things.  It looked at the RGB and its a little more blue than anything these.
