Another alternative, is Dimension3D Binary Morph Editor.  It lets you load a cr2 and select the Morphs you want, then make either INJ / REM poses that either embed the morphs in the pose file or inject from a PMD file. Amongst other things that it does.

 

As to PFE, I'd contact Dimension3D directly by e-mail with your question, I've contacted him several times with questions I've had using his other utilities and got them answered rather promptly. He should be able to provide you with an answer/explantion explaining how to do what you want witht PFE. :D   No since purchasing something else if what you have already will do what you need.
