Pick one of the files that you expected to see in your Poser menu and run a Windows search for it.
It will show you where the files ended up. If your running Windows 7 which has a very weak search engine for some unknown reason, download and use Agent Ransack.
It's a very good search engine, I've used it for a long time.

I can't tell you how many times I've had to do this after importing stuff into Poser.
Sometimes it just doesn't end up where you expected it to.
I finally created a new folder in the Poser Directory named MyRuntime, it has a new Runtime folder in it. Just extract to the MyRuntime folder instead of the Poser Directory and the files go to the correct location in the new runtime.
Then just create a new library, using the Add Library button in Poser.
Now it's easy to find the new stuff that I import because it's not mixed in with the original Runtime material.
