On what do you base this assumption??
the Noble son of Mary was a semetic Jewish Male from the area we would call modern day "Palestine"
There is nothing in The Halakik Law of the Torah, that Jews of his region &time followed,
That prescribed that only married men grow their beards.
While it is likely that He would have followed the prophetic tradition the prophet Abraham(PBUH)
and left his adult face male the way his lord created it ( bearded)
as did most religious males of that region,
such a tradition is not related to marital status.
