Quote - open word pad, save a blank document as poser.exe into the main poser folder and bingo, installer will recognise the location

Okay... once again, I'm a novice at this, so "word pad"??? And "save a blank document"??? Also... how do I go about saving a blank document as "poser.exe" into the main poser folder?
